Can I Hike up Kinder Scout?

Kinder Scout, High Peak SK22 2ES 53.3848° N, -1.8739° W
Kinder Scout is the highest point in the Peak District at 636 metres and a classic moorland hike. The terrain is wild and often boggy, giving it a very different feel to rocky mountain peaks. It’s also historically significant as the site of the 1932 mass trespass, which helped shape public access to the countryside in England.
