Bossiney Cove is a hidden gem on the north Cornwall coast, reached by a steep path and steps down the cliffs near Tintagel. At low tide it opens up into a beautiful sandy bay with caves and rock formations to explore, while at high tide the beach almost disappears. Paddleboarding and kayaking are possible here in calm conditions, but the cove is exposed to swells and currents, so it’s best suited to experienced paddlers. Parking is available in Bossiney village, with a short but steep walk to the beach. The effort is well worth it for the dramatic scenery and sense of seclusion.
