Polzeath Beach is a wide, sandy bay on the north Cornwall coast, popular with families, surfers, and paddleboarders alike. The gently shelving sand and consistent swell make it great for beginners and intermediate paddlers, while surf schools often run lessons and hire sessions along the beach. There’s plenty of parking nearby, along with cafés, toilets, and shops just a short walk from the sand. At low tide the beach opens up even further, giving plenty of space for a relaxed paddle or a scenic walk along the shoreline.
